Pilates Pavilion offers the Classical Pilates Education (CPE) teacher training program — a rigorous, hands-on curriculum taught by studio owner and CPE Teacher Trainer Lynn.
The CPE Program
Classical Pilates Education is a comprehensive teacher training program rooted in the original Pilates method. Trainees study the full mat and apparatus repertoire, develop their eye for movement, and build the teaching skills needed to guide clients of all levels safely and effectively.
Training takes place entirely at Pilates Pavilion under the direct mentorship of Lynn, giving trainees consistent access to an experienced CPE Teacher Trainer and a fully equipped classical studio.
What the Program Covers
Classical Curriculum
The CPE program teaches the complete classical Pilates repertoire — mat and apparatus — in the order and manner Joseph Pilates intended. Trainees learn the exercises, their purpose, and how to teach them safely and effectively.
Comprehensive Apparatus Training
Trainees work on all major apparatus: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Tower, Barrels, and Mat. Hands-on hours are logged across every piece of equipment so graduates are fully prepared to teach in any classical studio.
Observation & Teaching Hours
The program includes structured observation of experienced instructors, practice teaching under supervision, and independent teaching hours — building real-world confidence before certification.
Mentorship with Lynn
Lynn, studio owner and CPE Teacher Trainer, provides direct mentorship throughout the program. Her depth of classical training ensures every graduate meets the highest standard of instruction.
