The TRX Suspension Trainer is a training tool that builds total body stability and strength by leveraging the user’s bodyweight through hundreds of functional exercises. Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It is a fun, functional, intense workout for everyone. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
