We teach a multi-level VAULT Barre class geared towards clients of any age, gender or fitness background. VAULT Barre is a cardio sculpt workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates, and fitness to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside out. The 55 minute class consists of a warm-up, upper body portion, barre portion and floor work.  Set to dynamic music, the VAULT Barre workout defines every muscle, leaving you feeling invigorated and toned. All students are asked to wear grip socks for safety and sanitation.

 All exercises can be modified for beginners, prenatal clients or clients with injuries, but can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge.
